Meet Sandra
I’m Sandy, a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and the heart behind The Lactation Studio. I created this practice to offer families calm, thoughtful lactation support that feels both professional and deeply human.
My “why” is simple:
Feeding your baby should never feel isolating or overwhelming. I believe parents deserve clear, evidence-based information delivered with patience, empathy, and respect for their individual values and circumstances.
My approach is inclusive and nonjudgmental, supporting all feeding choices—from exclusive breastfeeding to combination feeding and pumping. I meet families exactly where they are, offering guidance that empowers confidence rather than pressure.
Education, preparedness, and compassion—at every stage.
My practice is grounded in advanced lactation education, comprehensive assessment training, and lifesaving emergency preparedness instruction—ensuring families receive thoughtful, well-rounded support.
