Words From the Families We’ve Supported

What Parents Often Ask

Feeding doesn’t follow a straight line—and that’s okay. These questions reflect the transitions many families experience as babies grow and needs evolve.

  • Not at all. Ongoing lactation support is for any family whose feeding needs are changing. This can include parents preparing to return to work, families adjusting to pumping or bottle feeding, those navigating growth spurts, sleep changes, or simply wanting reassurance as feeding evolves. Support isn’t about employment status, it's about having guidance during transitions.

  • Yes. Many families schedule a visit specifically to talk through pumping routines, milk storage, feeding schedules, or how feeding and sleep interact. As a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), I provide education, observation, and practical guidance within a non-clinical scope. If something falls outside my scope, I’ll help connect you with the appropriate support.

  • You are always welcome back. Feeding needs often change over time, and many families return for support during new stages whether that’s returning to work, introducing pumping, navigating supply questions, or welcoming another baby. If we’ve worked together before, we can build on that foundation and focus on what’s most relevant to you now.

Let’s Continue the Journey Together

Your baby’s needs will change—but you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Book your session today and get support that grows with your family.
